Classique Catering WERKED IT today at the 2016 Perspectives on Leadership Conference at the Sacramento Convention Center Complex! Proof that healthy can also be mouthwatering when you use local farm fresh produce grown right here in America's farm-to-fork capital. Shout out to the Sacramento Metro Chamber for allowing us to be a part of this prestigious, informative, and always entertaining event!

Classique Catering doesn't just talk the farm-to-fork talk. We walk the farm-to-fork walk! Here is a mocktail we created for Visit Sacramento featuring peaches from Twin Peaks Orchards, blackberries from Patrick's Gardens, jalapenos from Perry's Garden Hwy Gardens, and lavender from our rooftop herb garden at the Sacramento Convention Center. When Classique Catering wants to find quality local ingredients, we go to California Certified Farmers' Markets, Sacramento. The authentic farmers' markets for chefs and foodies.

We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to the California Musical Theatre for giving us the opportunity to support them, and everything they do, once again, by doing what we do best! We truly look forward to doing this very special event every year.

A Special Evening At The Hunchback of Notre Dame:

Classique Catering and the Sacramento Convention Center are creating a special experience for 20 guests on August 26 and August 27 on the Sacramento Community Center Theater.

Two community business leaders purchased this one-of-a-kind experience during the auction at the 2016 Broadway Gala. Guests will dine in a Notre Dame Cathedral setting while listening to local singer Jerry Lee and pianist Dean Mora.

This annual event is thanks to the creativity of Classique Catering and the Sacramento Convention Center – both strong supporters and partners with California Musical Theatre and advocates for the arts in our community.
