We currently have the following positions available:
🔹 Dispatch Assistant – Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) and have a high school diploma
Supports dispatch operations by performing administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, communicating with staff, and assisting in other areas as needed. This position requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish and a high school diploma.
🔹 Linen Pre-Pulling – Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
Responsible for preparing and organizing linen orders in advance for delivery or distribution. Ensures that linen items are delivered according to the established schedules. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) and willing to assist in other areas as needed.
🔹 Drivers – Must speak English
Responsible for the safe and timely delivery and pickup of rental equipment. Requires excellent driving skills, including operating trucks with trailers and box trucks, good customer service, the ability to carefully load and unload items, and English-speaking ability.
🔹 Will Call – Must speak English
Assists customers picking up rental equipment at the location. Duties include verifying orders, safely loading items into vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and keeping the rental area organized. English required.
🔹 Equipment Cleaning & Pre-Pulling
Responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining equipment to ensure it is in excellent condition for upcoming events. Also involves assisting in other areas as needed to support smooth operations.
🔹 Dishwashing/Kitchen
The Kitchen Associate is responsible for cleaning, organizing, packing, and maintaining all kitchen and food service rental items, including dishes, glassware, flatware, and catering equipment. This role ensures all rental items meet quality standards and are ready for timely delivery to clients. Also involves helping in other areas as needed to support smooth operations.
🔹 Laundry
The Laundry Associate is responsible for washing, folding, inspecting, and organizing all linen rental items, including tablecloths, napkins, chair covers, and other fabric items. This role ensures all linens are cleaned to the highest standards and prepared for customer orders in a timely manner. Also involves assisting in other areas as needed to support smooth operations.
