Tips to calm down before you say I do.

Schedule "Me-Time": Carve out five minutes to be alone to breathe, meditate, or simply sit in silence before the chaos begins.

Eat a Solid Breakfast: Eat a healthy, protein-rich breakfast to avoid feeling faint or anxious due to hunger.

Move Your Body: Do yoga, go for a quick run, or take a walk to ground yourself.

Consider a "First Look": Seeing your partner before the ceremony can significantly reduce anxiety and allow you to share a calm moment together.

How did you meet?
Tahnee: "We met the old-fashioned way... in a bar.
Ironically, a bar that Bob would never frequent, that happened to be my local. It was an afternoon on a July 1st holiday, a Wednesday, and Bob was trying to find something to do with a client who was visiting from out of town. Despite the bar being empty, we somehow ended up sitting beside each other. We are a contrast in opposites in the most obvious ways. And yet, we connected immediately with a ridiculous sense of humour, a joyful sense of adventure and a spirited social life. It literally just happened... no planning, no dating, just an encounter that didn't end."
