I've been selected to compete in The Favorite Chef Competition for a chance at $25,000, a two-page advertorial feature in Taste of Home magazine, and an exclusive cooking experience with Ambassador Carla Hall.

All you have to do is vote for FREE, you can vote daily until the end of the competition on August 20th. Also any donations made the proceeds will go to the James Beard Foundation which supports and celebrates the American food industry, aiming to create a more equitable, sustainable, and delicious food culture.

One chef will win $25k, a feature in Taste of Home, and a cooking experience with Carla hall.

We got our Temporary Food Facility license for Placer County and will be serving at community events. We will be at Stizzo Park in Roseville on Sunday's from 9am-1pm until mid May.
