Had some squash that was a bit too stringy for me. On a suggestion from a friend I made muffins. They came out good. Wouldn't even know that it was stringy squash. I know I'm weird, a texture thing. It worked and I have something for breakfast and the squash didn't go to waste. I shared with a friend.

I know it's not a cookie or cake but was what we had for dinner. Spaghetti pie using leftovers from spaghetti and meatballs the other night. Added lots of cheese and pepperoni and baked it. Just another way to use up leftovers in a different form. We had garlic bread with cheese with it yummm. Thanks to my sister in law who made for us once. So easy and yummy
