Just some Easter briskets here! We want to say thanks to all who ordered brisket on Easter! Here's a few pictures and an example of what 2lbs of brisket looks like. It's way more than most people think!

Are you tired of the same old traditional Easter foods? This year, switch it up and make brisket part of your Easter dinner!

We are accepting pre orders now for brisket with, our well asked for, homemade horseradish sauce! Our normal price for brisket is $36 per lb, but this Easter, we are having a special of $22 per pound! Or get an entire brisket with enough horseradish sauce for all, and feed everyone at your Easter dinner, normally $300, now for Easter, only $250! (Whole brisket sizes will vary but typically feed 15 to 20 people, one pound feeds 2 people)

Also pick you up some of our most ordered dish, VT Cabot Cheddar Smoked Mac and Cheese! Normally $7 a person, now only $5 per person! Or feed the whole family and get an entire deep dish pan, normally for $280, now for Easter, only $210! (One pan feeds roughly 40-50 people on average)

Your food will be ready to be picked up in Rutland on Easter Sunday at 12:30pm

**UPDATE** We are out of sauce from the batch this weekend and have enough testers! Thanks everyone!

We are looking for "beta testers" for our Carolina Butt Stuff BBQ wet sauce! This is the secret to our signature much raved about pulled pork flavor! We are looking to get into to selling this to y'all and we need a few people who want to be testers and give us honest opinions!

We pull our pork then add the "Butt Stuff" to the pulled pork, but, the best way to use this at home is to put in a crock pot with a pork butt, or drizzle it on already pulled pork to add even more flavor to you're own recipes! It even tastes great on pulled chicken!

Anybody interested in trying this please reach out to us as we are looking for only a few testers to try a free mason jar of our Carolina Butt Stuff BBQ wet sauce!

So remember ladies, if he is asking for "butt stuff", give him a jar of this! He won't be disappointed!
