I’ve decided to put DoorDash on hold for now and instead look into a local delivery option or independent contractor here in Russellville. Know anybody?
Right now I already offer meal prep delivery, and I’m working on adding a more weekday pickup options at a local business (Monday–Friday during normal hours) to make meals easier to grab.
I prefer the night + random brunch shifts at the food truck and that’s not a convenient time to pick up meal prep, I feel that.
Russellville isn’t huge, and I’d rather keep things local, simple, and community-focused than add another third-party app. And more tablets.
At this stage, I want to stay focused on cooking and building Smokin Pi with the people who support it.
Honest question—would weekday pickup at a local spot make meal prep easier for you?
