Berto’s Mex-Tex just knocked out another Catering.. 80th Birthday party for a very sweet Grandma.. They Loved the Carne Guisada.. Can’t beat it..
We Only have about 2-3 weekends still available for booking for the year.. And 1 weekend left for January..
Very affordable.. $12.50 a person.. Carne Guisada, Rice, Beans, Tortillas, Chips, Salsa, Plates, Forks, & Napkins.. Depending on how many we’re serving we serve up to 2 hours..
Then we clean up our mess and leave it like we were never there.. Peace..

CLOSING TOMORROW..
Greetings Mex-Tex Family..
Tomorrow will be our last day open.. Everyone who knows me as the Tamale Man & Catering knows I am extremely busy right now and I don’t have much time for the shop at the moment.. Instead of keeping it open and not being able to run it right, I have decided to shut it down for the year.. We’ll see where next year leads us.. One idea for next year I was thinking of would be opening 2 weekends a month (like a Friday & Saturday) so everyone can still get some of this good food.. But eventually we would like to open a Tamale Shop strictly for Tamales.. And after that find a location for Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner.. We appreciate everyone who has stopped by and everyone who comes 4-5 times a week.. Some days we have a line all the way out the door and we’re thankful! This wasn’t an easy decision but it has to happen..
My workers will be at the shop all day today and I will be at the shop all day tomorrow cooking it up! Swing by tomorrow for $10 plates and say hi and take a picture with us from 4pm-9pm.. We’ll have everything on the menu.. Plates, Tacos, Tamales, Burgers, Menudo, & Loaded Fries..
