Elk Island Eco Retreat & Resort ELK ISLAND and the adjacent PINE STREET WATERFRONT are the historic center of Roseburg. Inner-city camping, fishing & Waterfront activities are back!

Welcome to the Elk Island Eco Retreat & Resort's page. Our goal is to generate interest in the river and develop inner-city camping, fishing, zip lines, treehouses, swimming, boating, and even gold panning for both young and old. Roseburg has been prevented from reaching the water for years as public parks have very little safe access to the South Umpqua River and private property owners

just don't want you accessing the river through their properties. Elk Island Trading Group, LLC has changed parts of that and we intend to open up our recently purchased properties for safe and fun access to the South Umpqua River. Additionally Weddings, music event features, and all types of water activity on the mostly inaccessible 8 acre body of water (inner-city lake), river around both sides of Elk Island, and the upper 15+ land acres of the island, will become an every day and festive event very soon!!!
