I highly recommend the Bella Vitano line of artisan cheese. Any variety will do. Delightlfully nutty, a little sweet, not too soft, but still very creamy. More importantly, it is highly economical.

Cosmo's (6) turn to cook dinner: Vegetarian tacos and tomato soup. Huge hit with the family! Shea (4) chose homemade pizza with personalized toppings and a fabulous salad. Another success! Reese (3) wants Sweet Italian Sausage, PB&J, and celery. I'm not so sure about this one!

Iron Chef Football: Went to the store when the game started; by halftime we had: Meaty Queso dip, Buffalo Chicken Wings with all the fixings, Turkey Reubens, Cocktail Weenies, Crudite with 2 dips, Cheese and Crackers, and Shrimp Cocktail. Post game: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dip with Graham Crackers for dessert!

Family dinner... seriously authentic Lasagne Bolognaise, Peanutty Breen Beans, and Chocolate Cake. How did the housewives of the 50's do this every day? I guess with every woman/child home and safer streets for kids to play unsupervised helped. My kids had to suffer through a boring day, but it was SO worth it!
