Tuesday, May 19 at 6PM, Chef Ani and Chef Justin will teach you how to do it gluten-free, beautifully, and deliciously.

Join us for an intimate evening of wine, cheese, snacks, hands-on baking, and a cooking experience that feels more like a night out than a class.

You’ll learn Chef Ani’s techniques for creating light, golden gluten-free focaccia from scratch, make a gluten-free dessert while your dough rises, and leave with your own fresh-baked bread, a 1 lb bag of Caputo Gluten Free flour, and the confidence to recreate it all at home.

I had the pleasure of serving as a judge at the CT ProStart Invitational at Mohegan Sun.

Watching these students showcase their culinary and restaurant management skills was incredibly inspiring.

Supporting the next generation of hospitality professionals is always worth celebrating.
