It’s been a while since we’ve posted, and for good reason. We’ve been blessed to stay busy doing what we love.

This weekend, Amazing Graze NJ had the honor of putting together a beautiful full wedding setup for 70 guests, featuring everything from our traditional Spanish paella, 10 different menu selections, traditional Spanish sangria, passed hors d’oeuvres, a refreshing watermelon and feta palate cleansing shot, and of course our signature charcuterie cart.

Hearing every guest compliment the food and tell us how delicious everything was made all the time, prep, and effort completely worth it. We are truly grateful to be trusted with such a special day.
