**Catering Service Policy**
1. **Booking and Confirmation**
- A Contract MUST be signed and non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
2. **Payment Terms**
- Full payment is due 3 WEEKS before the event.
- We accept payments via credit, debit or cash and AFTERPAY!
- Any additional charges incurred on the day of the event must be settled immediately after the event.
3. **Cancellation Policy**
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be charged 50% of the total cost. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will be charged 100% of the total cost. NO EXCEPTIONS
4. **Menu and Dietary Requirements**
- We offer a variety of menu options to accommodate different dietary requirements.
- Please inform us of any allergies or special dietary needs at least 3 WEEKS before the event.
- We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our food, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
5. **Service and Staff**
- Our staff will arrive at the venue at least 2 hours before the event to set up.
- Standard service includes setup, food service, and cleanup.
- Additional charges may apply for extended service hours or special requests.
6. **Liability and Insurance**
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property at the event.
- Any damages to our equipment caused by guests will be charged to the client.
7. **Client Responsibilities**
- The client is responsible for providing adequate facilities for the catering service, including electricity, water, and waste disposal.
- The client must ensure that the venue is accessible for our staff and equipment.
- The client agrees to comply with all local health and safety regulations.
8. **Force Majeure**
- We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
