We are seeking a reliable and skilled cook to join our kitchen team for lunch service.
This part-time position is perfect for someone looking to supplement their income with consistent weekday hours.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards and recipes
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Ensure proper food storage and inventory rotation
• Work efficiently during busy lunch rush periods
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen team and front-of-house staff
• Keep work station clean and organized
• Follow all health department regulations
Qualifications
• Previous cooking experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Experience with grill cooking and handheld preparation
• Knowledge of proper cooking temperatures for proteins
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable and punctual
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

New Elevated Experience

Our first year has been a masterclass in hospitality - we've experienced the good, the not so good and the ugly, and learned from it all. Through events, seasonal tastings, and live music, we've had fun and now want to focus on providing our guests the best dining experience.

With enhanced systems and comprehensive staff training, we're preparing for our grand reopening. We're focusing on providing a culinary experience with a warm and friendly vibe.

We will be closing our dining room while we work on these changes, but our space is still available for private parties, events and catering. We'll also be offering takeout during this time so you don't miss out on any of your favorites.

Thank you for your patience as we've grown. We can't wait to welcome you back!
