Brittany & Danny

My name is Brittany Davis and I am one of 5 children. I have three sisters and one brother - all who think I am the goofiest/weirdest person alive. My eleven year old brother even told me once that I am too goofy to get married. So when my 6th grade boyfriend (the first boy to kiss me on the cheek and hold my hand at a roller rink) walked back into my life after spotting me at church one day, everyone was surprised.

We've known each other since kindergarten and have spent many years on opposite sides of the world but everything seemed to fit once we started dating again. Quiet though Danny is, he is just as goofy as I am. And I am so so so excited to become his wife next year. It's a big title, but I am ready for the challenges that come with marriage and am ready to choose to love him every day for the rest of my life.

The picture I chose describes us perfectly: me being a whacko and him just laughing at my silliness.

We are getting married December 3, 2016 and we can't wait!!!

Meet Joey & Vanessa!

Joey owns and runs Di Martino Landscaping, LLC based out of Rochester Hills and works 80+ hours per week. He loves his dog Louie, being adventurous & outdoors, food, family and friends!

Vanessa is a full-time registered nurse at Royal Oak Beaumont on a critical care unit. She works midnights/the graveyard shift. She also loves her dog Louie, being a nurse, massages, vacations, trying new things (depending on what!!), family and friends!

Hello!
Attached is a picture of my fiance Tony and I (notice what is in the background?:) . We met when I backed my 89' Dynasty into his newly refinished Camero in our high school parking lot. He came up to the ice cream shop I worked at in town and left me a tip when I served him. While I was cashing in my tips for the night, I came across a dollar bill that he wrote "Don't hit cars" on. It made me laugh, and we started dating shortly afterwards. It has been 10.5 years since that day and we are getting married in May.
Our 10 year anniversary had happened in May, and I was really hoping he would have asked then. When he didnt, I was disappointed and wondering if it was ever going to happen. We have game nights all of the time. One of my favorites for years has been the game Guesstures, which is like charades Well, in July we had about 4 couples and my mom and his dad over to play games and Tony suggested we play Guesstures. The whole time it was his turn, he was trying to act out a bride walking down the aisle (but I wasnt paying attention). He ended up digging through his pocket and pulling out a ring and getting down on one knee during his turn of acting. I stared at him for what seemed like forever because I could not believe that he was asking me. I of course said yes, and could not have planned a better way to ask. I am so glad he didn't ask me on our anniversary because it would have been expected. This was a complete shock, playing my favorite game, surrounded by some of my closest friends and family.

Hello everyone, my name is Kristy and the handsome hunk in the suspenders is my fiance Ron. We have been together now for 12 years and we have a beautiful 2 year old daughter. We began dating my junior year and Ron's senior year of high school. Our lives have been a crazy fun filled ride with my schooling (I am a Paramedic and currently in nursing school) and Ron's choice to follow his dream of opening his own Auto repair shop. After 11 years and no proposal I was beginning to except that maybe Ron and I would never get married. We had a beautiful house,a sweet and adorable daughter and after 11 years, still madly in love. It was the morning of our 11 year anniversary. I was a little annoyed because I believed that Ron had forgotten about our anniversary all together. Usually the week leading up to the date, we talk about going to dinner or something. But this time nothing! I thought for sure he had forgotten. That morning I woken up and began making breakfast with our daughter (keep in mind my hair is in a messed up ponytail, black under my eyes and still in my pajamas). The first thing Ron did when he woke up was give me a kiss and say happy anniversary (which was a huge relief that he did not forget). After we all ate breakfast we went into the living room so I could give Ron his gifts(I had bought a lot of things), Ron kept saying while opening his gifts "Man you spent way to much and are going to make me look bad". After opening his gifts he told me to close my eyes so I did not see his hiding spot. He told Brooklyn to come with him to get mommies present. When he told me to open my eyes he was down on one knee in front of me holding our daughter, with the gorgeous ring in his other hand. I was in complete shock, I had no clue at all! I still look down at my ring and feel like it is a dream that I will soon be Mrs. Matthys. We will finally tie the knot on 1-23-2016, all most 13 years to the date that I first said yes to being his girlfriend.
