*Story Time
-Last August, I came down with COVID and had to step back. I handed a few clients over to my catering friends while I rested and got better . I lost my taste and smell, had no energy, and felt awful. Once I regained my strength my taste and smell didn’t come back. It was a cooks/caterers nightmare. It didn’t come back for almost 6 months. So during that time I cooked/catered with no taste and no smell. I had no choice but to rely on instinct and having the ability to truly cook with my heart and soul. I’m glad I didn’t give up and my clients continued to send beautiful reviews. That reminded me that when you lead with purpose, even in your weakest moments, grace carries you through.
