Today, one of my biggest fears in 30 years of catering happened—I dropped a dish right before an event. 💔 My Seafood Pasta Salad🙄

Thank God for an understanding client, and thank you to Frank’s Pizza who was right across the street from my event, for helping me out with a replacement, Meatballs.

I was trying to give my staff a well-deserved Saturday off, but today reminded me that I wasn’t meant to do this alone. One call and my family came to my rescue to get the party set up on time. I’m so grateful for by Team and my Family ❤️❤️❤️❤️
