Thanksgiving specials are back! Charcuterie boards will be available for pick up in Chelan and Wenatchee the Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. Boards are great appetizer trays for 8-10 people and will feature three cheeses and three meats. $100. Message me to order.

April cheese club boxes went out tonight. Buried under all the goodness is an oil soaked iberico, fig chèvre, and a creamy dill fontal. For meats there’s spicy chorizo, sopresata salami and proschuitto.

Do you love cheese? Need a routine cheese fix? Introducing the Cheese of the Month box - a monthly subscription. Of the three cheeses in each box, one is guaranteed to be a new variety for you to try. A great way to sample a variety of cheeses throughout the year. Pick up in Chelan or Wenatchee the first Friday of the month between 5 and 6 pm. This 8x8 box easily serves 2-4.
