✨ We're hiring Venue Assistants for our 2026 Wedding Season at Vista View Events!

Vista View Events is a wedding and event venue at Harvey Gap Reservoir near Rifle, Colorado - and we're looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our team this season (early May through mid-October).

As a Venue Assistant, you're an essential part of making every wedding day run beautifully. You'll work alongside our team on event days, providing on-site support - full setup, breakdown, and cleaning of all event day floor plans (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception), keeping the venue tidy during events, monitoring and restocking bathrooms, and being a welcoming resource for guests who need directions or have questions about the venue.

What we're looking for:
→ Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
→ Comfortable being on your feet and working outdoors
→ Able to lift 50 lbs
→ Weekends required (that's when the magic happens!)

Pay: $21/hour

🍸 Calling all experienced bartenders - Vista View Events is hiring for our 2026 Wedding Season!

We're a wedding and event venue at Harvey Gap Reservoir near Rifle, Colorado, and we're looking for skilled, professional bartenders to join our team from the beginning of May through mid-October.

This is not an entry-level position - we're looking for someone who already knows their craft. You'll be trained on our specific service style, processes, and policies, but bartending experience is a must.

What we're looking for:
→ Proven bartending experience (required)
→ Valid TIPS certification (required, or able to complete the Colorado state video training within 30 days of hire. Vista View will facilitate this.)
→ Professional, personable, and calm under pressure
→ Able to lift 50 lbs
→ Weekends required (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) - this is a weekend-forward role

Pay: $26/hour + tips

A note on our interview process: finalists will be asked to make drinks on-site as part of the interview. Come ready to show us what you've got! All supplies will be provided by Vista View Events.
