Just wanted to let you know that we have sold out of our pulled pork and ribs. I apologize for this busy trying to get the bugs worked out on not wasting product and having enough for sale. Also the way the prices of eggs are decreasing we are hoping to have our desserts back on the menu next month. Have a wonderful weekend and a blessed Easter for "He Has risen"!

Hopefully everyone had a good pre Friday. I guess that's if you didn't have to drive on hwy 176. It was crazy out there today. We will be on the lot next to the Lebanon Quick Stop around noon tomorrow BUT it's looking like we will be selling out early and will not be out Saturday. Today was a mind boggling day for sells. We will coming out with only 2 pans of pulled pork and 4 pans of ribs. Have plenty of brisket and pastrami but usually go out with 4 pans of pork and don't have that much for this weekend. So just wanted to let you know that supply is low. So have a wonderful Friday and see you tomorrow or soon. We will be out next month (May) for the 2nd and 3rd weekend. Have a blessed Easter and praise Jesus for his sacrifice for all of us.

We have had questions about our new "HOTLINK". Well I thought that I would send out a picture so hopefully it will answer some questions. Thanks for your interest in our hotlink and I am happy to say that so far everything has been positive. It's a mixture of chuck roast, pork shoulder, spices then stuffed into natural casings then smoked to perfection.

Today we will be on the lot next to the Lebanon Quick Stop around noon and be there until 6 pm. Also the same for tomorrow. I didn't mention but we have a new item that we will be introducing depending on the feed back we receive from our fantastic friends. That is our version of a "HOT LINK". Made from ground chuck beef and pork shoulder along with spices, stuffed into natural casings then smoked to perfection (still working on that 😁) until they are cooked through. We will have some samples for you or enjoy a full size on a hotdog bun. Which ever works best for you. So have a wonderful day and remember to help each other out along the way. See you soon.

Just wanted to let you know that today was a day for the books. We sold out of brisket and ribs so tomorrow we will not be out. We will see you next month. Remember we will be out on the second and third weekend each month. That will be April 10th - 12th and then the 17th - 19th. We will be increasing our products meaning more brisket and ribs. Thanks so much for a fantastic weekend and the best part of it all was visiting with our friends and hopefully some new folks that will come back. Just a heads up that tomorrow, Thursday, we will be on the lot next to the Lebanon Quick Stop. Will be there around noon until around 5 pm. The same for Saturday but Friday Deb and have to attend a funeral for my cousin's wife who passed away and our heart felt condolences and his loss is deeply felt with all of us. The funeral is at 11 am and we will come back to our location and set up just as fast as we can. Thank you for your understanding in this. We hope you have a wonderful evening and hopefully will see you soon. Another note to add and that until food costs come back down some that we will be discontinuing our desserts.

Just been thinking about the past couple of weeks and feel the need to let you know what went down and happened. The generator is the core of the food trailer. Food temperature is crucial and critical for our operation. One minute it would be operating good and the next shutting down without displaying a code showing the precise problem. Low Country Power Solutions was the company that installed the generator we have now due to the original generator being beyond repair had to be replaced. Mr William has been working with us the whole time. The interment problem made it very difficult to troubleshoot but now the carburetor, fuel pump & filter, spark plugs, ECM ($$$) board and other minor parts have been replaced. Saturday we went out and operated while William stood by without any problems that occurred with the generator and over the past couple of weeks we would have shut down for the day within an hour or two of operation. Next the folks that came by and tried to come by while all this was happening, Deb and I wanted to thank each of you for being patient and understanding while this was very frustrating and disheartening. It takes a lot of planning, time and effort to operate and not being able to stay out operating is very frustrating. Thanks so much for your support and understanding. Next, we need to applaud Briggs racing team who continues to support us in a variety of ways and this time is no different. Mr Matt and Doug Briggs continued to offer their generator and make an electrical cord so that we could continue to operate. Thank you guys for your help and ongoing support. I guess from this experience as it is written that
"Everything will work for the good of our Lord." And that the folks that support and make that time to stop by or even contact on Facebook are priceless and ROCK our world. GREAT BIG THANK TO YOU ALL!!!!! Well tomorrow we're going to try to be up and running but it's going to be a short day. Going to be on the lot next to the Lebanon Quick Stop around 2 pm until around 5. We are still having generator problems but taking some time to get the parts. When the generator quits working we're going to shut down because we need to maintain a safe food temperature to serve our customers. We can't really afford to shut down but we surely can't afford to serve food that is not of the right temperature. We are scheduled next week to have a major overhaul of our generator. Hopefully this will fix our problem. We do apologize for this but we can do what we can do. Thanks for your understanding and will keep you updated as we can and tomorrow we will be out until dark unless the generator acts up. Have a good night and see you soon. Arrested, USDA Inspector Phyllis Fong, a 22-year Deep State operative, is one of the key players behind the artificial inflation of poultry and egg prices in the U.S. She ordered the culling of MILLIONS of healthy birds, using the FAKE excuse of “mutating bird flu.” But here’s the TRUTH: There was NO pandemic.

Fong personally ordered mass bird exterminations in 2024, targeting farms in Colorado, Ohio, Arizona, Louisiana, and Nebraska. One case in Louisiana set the stage: a man (who DID NOT WORK on a poultry farm) was allegedly diagnosed with H5N1 after “finding dead birds” in his yard. The CDC then INVENTED a panic story, claiming 66 people were infected. Sources say that number is ENTIRELY FABRICATED.

Before the media even blasted this FAKE OUTBREAK, Fong and Biden’s corrupt FDA sent teams of inspectors in full hazmat suits to Nebraska, ordering the instant killing of 600,000 birds. The farm owner—who recently tested his flock and found ZERO SIGNS of bird flu—REFUSED. But it didn’t matter. Fong had already signed off on the order, threatening him with $4 BILLION in fines and PRISON TIME if he didn’t comply.

She thought she was untouchable. When Trump began cleansing the Deep State in January, she REFUSED TO LEAVE, publicly claiming Trump had “no authority” over “federal watchdogs.”

The next day, KARMA STRUCK. Security FORCED HER OUT, delivering her straight to JAG investigators.

As we work through another soggy day / night, just wanted to let you know that we planning on opening tomorrow on the lot next to the Lebanon Quick Stop around noonish. Also this week will end our desserts (nanner nanner pudding, peanut butter pound cake and lemon pound cake) until food prices come back down. As like everyone over the past year has been trying to make ends meet this past surge in food prices has put us over our ability to sell desserts at an affordable price. Eggs were the last straw ☹️. Hope in time things will settle down but till then we have our hands tied. So until we see you have a good evening, stay dry and please help each other out and make it a special day.
