Like most small business owners, I don’t take as much time as I should to work “on” the business, versus “in” the business. But I did last week at the NAWBO Richmond Summit & Expo, and whew it was worth it!

I walked away inspired and FIRED UP with plans for my little adventure. I also walked away with the realization I’m straying from what I genuinely love to do, and that’s making gorgeous graze tables for people’s most important events.

Yes, I am opening an event studio here soon, and my capabilities are expanding. But I’m also feeling light on booked dates for the fall, and maybe that’s because my focus has slipped. That’s a correction already underway.

So ladies and gents, if you’ve got a party coming up this fall- whether an engagement party, a baby shower, or celebrating a milestone birthday- let me take the task of arranging food off your proverbial plate by bringing a graze to your table. DM me for available dates!

Idk about you, but I would *definitely* attend Monday Lunch ‘n Learns if they were offering food like this.

My customer reached out bc he wanted to offer something different than run-of-the-mill sandwiches. So we settled on brunch items: an Energizing brunch board with cheeses, pastries, fruit, and meats; a Bagels board + fixings that include cold-smoked salmon, and an order of ham and cheese mini quiches.

Reader, the early birds were reaching for the food before I could officially pack up my delivery bags 😅

Sundays + w**eries = the perfect bridal shower setup.

Back to back events this weekend made for an interesting challenge. With a surprise proposal party last night, and a lunchtime bridal shower today, I had to ensure I had enough boards, risers, etc available for both since there wasn’t sufficient time between them to wash and oil everything properly. Grateful that they were both Mini grazes! Then again, I can’t think of a better reason to go source more items so I can do this more often 😂
