1:10 hour setup, condensed to under 3 minutes 😮‍💨 and it included four glove set changes to ensure no cross contamination. Shrimp, gluten, nuts, and a dolt move on my part of getting the pasta salad dressing all over my gloves. I probably could’ve avoided that one 😂

The key to building an elevated graze in such a short time? Prep. Allllll the prep. Fruits and veggies washed and packed with paper towels to prolong freshness. Cheese portioned and charcuterie meats folded. Everything ready to take out of the cooler and place where they need to be on the boards.

Got a cool peek behind the curtains tour of James River Cellars Winery today, thanks to IFMA RVA. Learned about the bottling process, how the winery rolls with the punches Mother Nature throws their way, and some cool stuff they have on the horizon (like beer!). Highly recommend a visit if you’re in RVA- it’s a cool place!

Baby showers are made better with beautiful graze setups! Our Mini Graze feeds anywhere from 15-25 guests and features 5 types of cheese, 3-4 types of charcuterie, a housemade dip of your choosing with cruditĂŠs, fresh and dried fruits, and various flavor accompaniments to round it all out.

All artfully arranged on real wooden boards using fresh greenery to create a lush, full look that makes your guests go “wow!”

Sound Hall Studios is opening RVA’s first all-in-one music studio! Rehearsal spaces, instrument rentals and repairs, workshops, and more planned for future rollouts. We were honored to be part of their VIP gathering last night and are SO excited for what they are bringing to our community!

I was thrilled when Courtside West asked me to pull together a breakfast spread that included our French breakfast items, bagels and custom cream cheese flavors, mini quiches, and a salmon fixings plate! It was worth the 6am wake up call on my birthday (cause let’s be real, being busy with my dream is a gift in itself!)

We love working with the amazing ladies at the Forward Foundation! They care deeply about their community and those who help them accomplish their mission, and we were honored that they reached out for our help on a second Donor Appreciation evening.

Coming in 2027, MOI is opening a new showroom in RVA! And what better way to welcome them to the neighborhood than great food and cocktails? We were thrilled when they reached out to ask us for a table. Corporate happy hour and client appreciation events are a favorite of ours, and we style our tables to match.

May was LIT! We made graze and boards of all sizes, from graduation parties and wedding cocktail hours, to birthday parties, baby showers, open houses, and more. It was a blast but we are TIRED lol. Several more left in June!
