Thank you to everyone who trusted Q’s your daddy for your dinner either yesterday or today. As long as there is interest, I will try to do this once a month if life doesn’t get in the way. That being said, I’m open to suggestions for offering some smoked appetizers such as bacon wrapped onion rings, smoked sh***un shells, brisket stuffed jalapeño, poppers. Might offer some desserts as well,bacon wrapped Oreos, bacon wrapped Nutter butters. You get the idea we all love bacon. Smoked cheesecake. Gonna be trying some of these in the next month, along with twice smoked stuffed baked potatoes and stuffed sweet potatoes. Might need some guinea pigs. Wanna try those? Oh yeah, those who got something this weekend as a thank you on their next order they will receive one of those items either the appetizers or desserts free as a way of thanking you.

Today is the last day to order your dinner for Saturday. Been a successful week with orders. Fellas, she finds out you didn’t order dinner, don’t blame me when you’re in the doghouse

The event this past weekend was cancelled. So, I've got more meat in the freezer than I want or need, in fact, it's in two freezers, lol. That said, this weekend I'm running a sale to get rid of some if not all of it. My loss your gain. Pick up only.

5 # brisket $90
10 # $165
Pulled pork, one pan appox. 7-9 # $50 want more, ask me for $
Ribs-1 slab $25 2-$45
whole smoked chicken $15
Pork belly burnt ends-$25 approx. 16-20
BBQ sauce Pint $5 quart $8

Pickup times at your choosing: Friday & Saturday from 5-7:30 Sunday noon-2.

Message me if interested. Please give me 48 hr. notice so I can properly thaw out the needed meat.

Fellas, don't make mama cook for you this weekend, she's tired & deserved a break!

In need of a trailer for an event Thursday August 19-Sunday the 23rd. Would like an enclosed but would settle for a flatbed. Trying to avoid going to UHaul. I’ll be with the trailer all the time and I have a lock for it. Doesn’t need to be be bigger than a 5x8. You set the price, (gladly exchange for some great Q). If you can help, please message me. Cause there is no such thing as too much bacon. One on the left seasoned with a brown sugar bourbon rub. Middle is not seasoned, right is cracked pepper (heavy) with some brown sugar added on the edge.
