Behind the scenes at Ninety-Nine: sometimes Plan B gets its own photo shoot. 😂
That balloon wall? It was supposed to be a flower wall… until I realized I’d forgotten the stand base. So we rolled up our sleeves and changed the plan!
At the vendor show, our stand turned out to be wider than the half flower wall we’d planned to display. Thankfully, we’d packed extra table decor and could rework the setup.
These are the moments you don’t always see in the finished photo: the problem-solving, rearranging, and “okay, what can we do with what we have?”
Our takeaways? Better checklists, a mock-up before the big day, and always bringing a few extras.
We’re proud of what we created and we’re taking those lessons into our next setup. 💜
