I am ready to release the Energy of abandonment
From the core of my being I know that I am Ready to love myself when others are not ready or able

I am ready to release the Energy of rejection
I now understand that this stems from feeling undeserving of affection, we are all very much deserving and I send all my love 💕

I release the Energy of humiliation
I am ready to love myself when people approve of me or not
I know that I am a good person either way

I release the Energy of betrayal for this comes from a child feeling betrayed by their parent and the feeling of trust in others
All transforming into other dense emotions
I release all of this
And replace it with patience, tolerance , knowledge and harmony

I release the Energy of injustice at this time
With all of the fear that it holds with it
I release Ridgidness, the need to be a perfectionist,
As well as the inability to make decisions quickly
I release this once and for all
Opening up for my highest good ✨
I will now heal for my highest good
So mote it be ✨🙏🌿🌍

Mindful Moment: Take a few minutes each day to consciously connect to your breath. Take some deep breaths and observe the rise and fall of the inhales and exhales. This will help clear your mind, keep you grounded, and pull you back into awareness in the present moment.

Spending quality time in my backyard always helps with personal grounding and perception 💖

I can take time to think about things clearly and release what I need.

This week it came in very clear from the Quantum that we are our own personal alchemist.
That the struggle's we have gone through are not to make us victims but to strengthen us.
When we repeat something that is because we have more to learn as well as alchemize and strengthen in this particular area.

Our spiritual team is to offer us support,
Just like when we loose a good friend/ family they are still there for support; just in another way

As we grow and strengthen our abilities we will not feel the need for this support as much


One way to grow is to be our authentic self and connect with that as much as possible

We are constantly being given new gifts as we align
Or at least opening up to the gifts we truly have

I believe in celebrating this, enhancing this as well as
When applicable sharing 🙏✨🌈🌿

This is exactly the foundation for the platform's I have developed

To access new Modalities and support the process of the next stage of accessing these for all
However you decide to receive your gifts
