Rawlins Halloween Costume Drive

Rawlins Halloween Costume Drive Rawlins community and the HCD commitee coming together to provide FREE Halloween costumes for all children in Carbon County.

From infant to high school students. Collecting donations of gently used & new Halloween costumes for infants up to high school age. Drop-Off boxes will be in the community from September 6th until October 4th and after Halloween: November 1st until November 15th.
