There’s something about the timeless beauty of green that never goes out of style — and at Rose Hill Estate, it came to life in the most enchanting way.
Surrounded by the rolling countryside of Nashville, North Carolina, we leaned into green as the heart of our design. From luxury linens to cascading florals and perfectly placed details, the palette was equal parts sophisticated and serene. Accents of ivory, gold, and soft candlelight added warmth and classic charm — all while allowing nature’s color to take center stage.
Rose Hill’s sweeping front lawn, century-old trees, and stately columns were the perfect backdrop for this celebration steeped in Southern grace and garden romance.
Designing with green as the foundation invited a sense of calm and quiet luxury — reminding us that elegance often lies in simplicity.
Let’s take a moment to celebrate the dashing gentlemen we’re lucky enough to work with.
Owen is one of the kindest souls I’ve had the honor of knowing. His love for Ives is steady, joyful, and absolutely undeniable—one of those rare, quiet loves that radiates in every little moment.
Sometimes life moves so fast we don’t pause to realize just how lucky we are to witness a love like this up close. I’m truly blessed to call Owen a friend now, and even more honored to have walked beside him and Ives during this chapter.
Here’s to the good men—their devotion, their character, and the beauty they bring to the story.

There’s something effortlessly timeless about a coastal celebration—especially when it’s framed by sweeping beach oaks and a soft ocean breeze. This stunning group of ladies, dressed in dreamy hues of sky and ivory, brought both elegance and joy to the shoreline.
From the bride’s graceful walk through the sand to the laughter echoing beneath those towering trees, every moment felt like something out of a coastal fairytale.
It’s not just about a beautiful backdrop—it’s about the people who bring it to life. And these ladies? They did just that. 🌿💙
As the sun dipped low and cast a golden glow across the landscape, they walked hand in hand beneath the willow tree—just married, just beginning.
There’s something timeless about a sunset—the way it wraps a moment in warmth and peace, gently closing one chapter and opening another. The photographer captured this one just as our sweet couple took their first quiet stroll together as husband and wife.
These are the pauses between the celebration, the in-between moments that steal your breath and seal a memory forever.

Krista knew she wanted to get married on the front porch of a beautiful white house, so Rose Hill Plantation was a perfect choice of a wedding venue in NC. Their Southern styled wedding was filled to the brim with classic florals and decor in ivory, blush and champagne. Krista and Jeffrey’s Rose Hill wedding was truly a work of art. Chad Biggs Event Planning and Design took Krista’s vision and turned it into the couple’s dream day.
Krista and Jeffrey’s Love Story
Krista and Jeffrey have had eyes for each other since the eighth grade, when they began dating. So when it came time to propose, Jeffrey knew exactly what would knock her socks off. He surprised Krista at work with a limo that drove her to a day of pampering activities, and at her final destination he proposed in a beautifully decorated barn. As if that wasn’t enough, Jeffrey orchestrated all of their loved ones to be on hand to celebrate the couple!
Picture Perfect Bridal Prep at Rose Hill Wedding
We can’t imagine a more perfect bride and her bridal party. The bride wore a gorgeous off the shoulder ball gown with lace and tulle. Krista looked like an actual princess bride. Her bridesmaids looked just as stunning in their blushing pink gowns and coordinating bouquets. The men were clad in classic black tuxedos. The looks matched the Southern plantation setting perfectly at this gorgeous Rose Hill wedding. And the classic Southern wrap porches at Rose Hill provided lovely settings for the pre-wedding portraits.
Extravagant Florals and Decor at Rose Hill Wedding Reception
Ivory and blush florals and greenery overflowed the reception tables to create a bountiful garden feeling within the room at this Rose Hill wedding. Gold accents were adding in the tableware, chairs and candles to add warmth to the blushing garden room. The textured blush linens and monogrammed napkins were amazing touches at this Rose Hill wedding reception. The ballroom looked like a garden wonderland! And the formal plated steak dinner from the Rose Hill kitchen was a big hit.
