This is the part most people do not account for.

Sometimes something comes in and it is not right.

The color may be off.
The image may be pixelated.
The quality may not match the standard.

And when that happens, it has to be corrected before it becomes part of the final setup.

Some people are fine with “good enough.”

It starts with sourcing, ordering, tracking, checking quality, and making sure every piece supports the overall design.

This is the part people usually do not see.

Some people enjoy handling all of that themselves.

Others want to know the details are being managed before they ever walk into the space.

That is where I come in.

1️⃣ Lock Your Non-Negotiables First
Before Pinterest, decide: • Guest count range
• Total budget ceiling
• Event purpose (celebration, elegance, party, legacy moment)
• Must-have experience (photos, wow factor, intimacy, ease)

This prevents emotional overspending and scattered decisions.

2️⃣ Design Around One Visual Anchor
Choose ONE main focal point (backdrop, balloon install, tablescape, statement signage).
Build everything else around it instead of trying to decorate everything.

This keeps your space elevated — not cluttered.

3️⃣ Build Your Timeline Backwards
Start with guest arrival time and reverse-engineer: • Vendor arrival
• Setup buffer
• Styling time
• Final walkthrough
• Cleanup window
