50% deposit is required for ALL orders at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Your deposit secures your event date.

A $50 fee will be added for rush orders (within 7 days of the event date, funeral repasses are NOT included)

A $100 fee will be added if we're delayed for reasons beyond our control

All bookings are contractual going forward no matter size of the event.

If an event is cancelled for any reason, we
should be notified as soon as possible. Any events cancelled within 24 hours will not be refunded due to items already purchased.

The refund on events canceled prior will receive all but the deposit
