CASBA Catering is a local catering company focusing on Middle Eastern cuisine. CASBA is run by Fatiha Soufan and is currently based out of Marshfield. Our Story

Based out of Marshfield, MA, CASBA is owned and operated by certified chef, Fatiha Soufan. In 1989, Fatiha left her home country of Morocco to pursue higher education and a better life in Boston, MA. While taking classes, she worked a number of part time jobs to support herself, many of them being jobs in culinary arts. After starting a family, Fatiha put her culinary career on hold for a number of years- but never lost her passion for cooking and baking.

In 2015, Fatiha returned to school to study culinary arts, and became a certified chef. While in school, she began to participate as a vendor and sell food items at the Marshfield Farmers Market, then expanding to Braintree and Boston.

Today, CASBA is a vendor at the Braintree and Copley Square Farmers Markets, and is available for catering as well.
