Two days in Northwest Montana. An adventure through Glacier National Park, a wedding celebration surrounded by their favorite people, and every bit of it documented on digital photo, video, 35mm film, and Super 8.

Sam & Nick’s wedding weekend was exactly why I love documenting more than just the wedding day itself.

From exploring Glacier together to celebrating at Highland Hill Farms in Columbia Falls, there was so much more to their story than just the ceremony.

And getting to preserve it all in four different formats? Even better.

A big thank you and a little something for you.
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how far Through Her Lens has come and how many incredible people have played a part in getting me here.

Every wedding, every session, every person who has shared my work or recommended me to someone else. It all means more than you know.

I wanted to do something a little different to say thank you, so I put together a few special opportunities for both new and future clients.

Two years ago today, I traded my steady paycheck for a camera and a dream.

I had absolutely no idea what I was getting myself into.

There have been plenty of late nights, hard lessons, moments of doubt, and times I’ve questioned whether I made the right decision. But there have also been experiences I never would’ve imagined having two years ago.

I’ve traveled across the country, met some incredible people, documented moments I’ll never forget, and somehow turned something I love into my full-time career.

I’m still learning. Still making mistakes. Still figuring out what I want this business and my life to look like.

But I am so incredibly grateful for every single person who’s trusted me, referred me, supported me, or simply followed along.

Two years into building Through Her Lens, and I feel like I’m just getting started.
