Custom illustrated, layered, and shaped around one of Newport’s most iconic views, these programs were made to feel like so much more than just a piece of paper guests would read once.

Soft greens, pale blue, and hydrangeas woven into every little detail.

For K+M’s suite, we carried the classic garden-inspired feel through the custom monogram, venue illustration, lattice patterned envelope liner, oval inserts, and my favorite little moment: the die-cut hydrangea details card.

An extremely rare black-and-white appearance on the feed, but these images from Hedieh Field | Newport Wedding Photographer have me completely obsessed! 🖤🤍

Hedi is also someone I’m lucky enough to know both professionally and personally, and one of the things I’ve always admired about her is how incredibly well she handles a wedding day.

Beautiful images are obviously a huge part of the job, but a photographer is also such an important part of keeping the day moving, managing people, working alongside the planning team, staying on timeline, and knowing when to step in and take command of a room.

It’s a skill set that goes far beyond the camera, and Hedi has it in spades. Watching her work is just as impressive as seeing the images afterward, and I’m always so happy when I get to be on a wedding day with her.

You’ve got a ring, a growing list of vendors you love…and no idea who to book first.

This is the order we recommend, starting with two decisions that
should happen together: your planner and your venue.

Your venue influences so much of what comes next, and understanding the full cost before you commit can make a huge difference in what’s possible for the rest of your wedding.

From there, prioritize vendors with limited availability, then let
your own priorities help guide the order.

And if there’s someone you absolutely cannot imagine your day without? Move them up the list.

One year ago this weekend 🤎

And somehow I’m still not over this one. The richest fall florals, layers of deep green and burgundy, and an olive oil es**rt display that will forever be one of my favorites.

However, my favorite detail was the moody floral artwork, which we first introduced in their envelope liner and then carried into:

- the personalized olive oil labels
- bar signage
- backdrop for the band’s stage
- the place cards wrapped around their menus
- table numbers

That artwork became the anchor of their entire design and a beautiful reminder that weddings can be deep and moody, but still all kinds of romantic ✨
