For K & O, we wanted to create more than just a culinary experience. We wanted to tell their story through food, bringing together their rich Trinidadian, Cuban, and Guatemalan roots in a breathtaking display inspired by Providence’s very own Water & Fire experiences.

🔥 THE FIRE — Bold, vibrant, and full of passion. A celebration of rich spices, smoky flavors, and the warmth of their cultures.

🌊 THE WATER — Fluid, refreshing, and elegant. A reflection of balance, tranquility, and the beauty of two lives becoming one.

Every detail was intentional. From the menu to the presentation, we brought their vision to life through an immersive culinary experience that engaged the senses.

Because at Distinguish Catering, we believe food should do more than satisfy your appetite. It should tell a story, evoke emotion, and create unforgettable memories.

Nearly a decade in the making, and it has all led to this moment.

From Chef Jess cooking in her apartment to moving from one shared kitchen to another, staying humble, trusting the process, and waiting for our time.

Every brand has its story. This is our story of resilience, perseverance, and shifting pain to purpose.

Chef Jessica Zeon began her journey with teenage motherhood, surviving domestic abuse, overcoming adversity, and finding the courage to rewrite her own narrative.

What was once turmoil became the foundation for passion, purpose, and triumph.

Through education, faith, and undeniable ambition for culinary arts, she transformed life’s greatest challenge into a driving force behind something extraordinary.

In 2017, Distinguish Catering was born.
