Our Wozupi maple syrup is a sweet favorite among many and is harvested just a mile away from our kitchen. Maintaining a tradition that dates back countless generations among the Dakota people, Wozupi Tribal Gardens taps a portion of the great sugar maple forest that once grew in this area, producing syrup for tribal use and sale to the public.

👨‍🍳 Role at NHC: Ryan is one of our talented cooks who helps bring our menu to life!
📅 Joined the Team: He has been an integral part of our team since joining us in April 2023.
⭐️ Professional Background: Ryan graduated with honors from the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. Before that, he was a generator mechanic in the army.
🍜 Favorite Food: Ryan loves trying new foods, especially any type of comfort food like Pho, Ethiopian, or Indian cuisines.
🕹️ Favorite Activities: In his free time, he enjoys playing with his kids, cooking for his family, or playing video games.
