Willow Pond has a fresh new look. 🌿🤍

We’ve been working behind the scenes on a little refresh, and we’re so excited to finally share it with you — our brand-new website is officially LIVE!

Willow Pond has always been a special place, and we wanted our new look to feel like the property itself: warm, welcoming, peaceful, and full of character.

The new website gives you a closer look at the venue, our story, the spaces you can make your own, what’s included, and all the different ways you can gather and celebrate here.

Whether you’ve followed Willow Pond for a while or you’re just discovering us, we hope you’ll take a look around and see what’s new.

And this is only the beginning. We have so much more we can’t wait to share. 🤍

There’s something special about getting to show your team a place you’re genuinely excited about. 🤍

We loved spending some time at Willow Pond today, giving a tour and showing more of our Occasions & Co. team around the property.

Walking the grounds together, talking through the spaces, and already dreaming up all the ways we can serve our couples and clients here made us even more excited for what’s ahead.

Willow Pond has so much heart, so much history, and SO much potential — and we’re incredibly excited to be part of its next chapter.

Can’t wait to welcome so many of you here soon. ✨

Some places have a way of becoming part of your story. 🤍

Willow Pond has always been one of those places.

A place where vows have been exchanged beside the water. Where families have gathered beneath the Texas sky. Where music has carried out of the Barn, glasses have been raised, and guests have stayed just a little longer as the evening turned gold.

So as Willow Pond steps into a new chapter, we knew it shouldn’t be about becoming something different.

It should be about celebrating everything that has always made this place special — and thoughtfully carrying it forward.

Today, we’re so excited to give you the first peek at the new Willow Pond. ✨

Our refreshed look was inspired by the place itself — the beauty of the water, the natural landscape surrounding it, the soft, organic tones throughout the property, and the warm golden light of a Texas evening. Every color was chosen to reflect the peaceful, welcoming feeling that makes Willow Pond so special.

We didn’t choose these colors. We found them here.

And while you’ll begin to notice a new look, a refreshed experience, and some exciting things ahead, the heart of Willow Pond remains exactly where it has always been — by the water, around the people gathered here, and in the memories made together.

As part of this next chapter, Willow Pond is proud to be professionally managed in partnership with Occasions & Co. — bringing thoughtful service, warm hospitality, and an even greater level of care to every celebration.

To everyone who has already made a memory here, thank you for being part of our story.

And to everyone who hasn’t yet…

We can’t wait to gather with you by the water. 🤍

Welcome to the new Willow Pond.

Some places you have to feel to understand.

The pergola catching the afternoon light. The quiet stretch of green leading down to the water. It's the kind of setting that's easy to fall for in person — even easier than in photos.

Come take a walk around the grounds and see what we mean.

From the beginning, Willow Pond was built to be somewhere people could gather for the moments that matter most — open sky, still water, the people you love close by.

That spirit isn't changing. What is: we've partnered with Occasions & Co., bringing a little extra care and expertise to every celebration held here at the pond.

We can't wait for you to see what's ahead. Read the full announcement using the link below.

I want to share something beautiful with you about my pond. I planted these plants years ago and they produce a purple flower several times a year. This is there 1st blooming. I hope you like them.
