We begin with a and connection game, followed by free-form conscious Ecstatic Dance curated by Neurodive - this time spinning their ancestral sounds from , the Indian and the and honoring Indigenous American tribal rhythms & drums, and instrumentations & chants from - sprinkling in lyrics of the Poet , accentuated by sequential dives into & towards cathartic release 😌
Special guest rap performer Church Boy Aye! drops his original beats & inspirational spiritual lyricals, leading participants into raucous group rap chants with a frenetic call & response.

The calm down features a lovely journey with Lea Dawn
Adnan Shamsi & Joy Okoye open the gathering by leading participants in trust & connection games - and close the evening out with what Ecstatic Dance Jersey is best known for : our closing circles where those in need may choose to be Seen and Heard ❤️🩹
