Friends, family, and fellow food lovers, we're sharing some news with mixed emotions. We've officially sold our food trailer.🎉
This decision wasn't easy, as the trailer has been a huge part of our lives and a source of so many wonderful memories. We're incredibly grateful for the journey, the delicious food we've served, and most importantly, the amazing people we've met along the way.
First and foremost, a massive thank you to our incredible employees. You've been the heart and soul of our operation, working tirelessly to bring our vision to life. We couldn't have done it without your dedication and passion. And to all the event hosts who welcomed us, thank you for making us a part of your celebrations!
We also want to express our deepest gratitude to the diverse communities who have supported us throughout our restaurant and food truck adventure. Your patronage, encouragement, and smiles have meant the world to us.
While we're closing this chapter, we're excited for what the future holds. We'll be taking some time to recharge, but we're also planning a restaurant supply and equipment sale sometime in April. If you're in need of commercial kitchen equipment, stay tuned for details on this page! We are also listing our building for rent!
Thank you all for the unforgettable ride. We'll miss serving you from the truck, but we'll always cherish the memories. ❤️
