Yesterday was another double header. Unfortunately I was busy running around like a chicken to get photos of the day's celebration of life but did get photos of the evening's wine pairing.
Shout out to for recommending me when she's not available and visa versa. I love working within a community that supports one another 🥰

Overall, Friday's entire menu consisted of.....

Smoked pulled pork with bourbon bbq and slaw
Spinach, green chili, bacon,& corn dip
Deviled eggs
Stuffed mushrooms
Buffalo Chicken wings
Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Arugala salad tossed in an orange vinaigrette with walnuts, goat cheese, & crab stuffed prawns

Stuffed portabella mushroom with purreed brie, savory cherry compote, caramelized onions, gruyere, & balsamic

Dijon herb crusted lamb with gorgonzala cous cous, roasted bell pepper purree, & sprouts

Beef Tenderloin with a blackberry red wine reduction and Charred brocolini and carrots

For dessert a tequila cocktail with basil syrup, cocoa bitters, lime juice, & fresh berries

We had such a fun evening feeding and celebrating this amazing group of women at the Prescott Woman's Magazine Awards! We were honored to be a part of such an inspiring night 🥰

We put in some hours yesterday! We started the morning off with a graduation party, moved along to Una Voce's hats off to spring, and finished the evening with a 70th birthday celebration.
We are grateful to be doing what we love 🥰

Did you know that we are licensed and insured in all of Yavapai County? Friday night we traveled to Yarnell for an after wedding rehearsal gathering. Man, talk about a cool piece of property! Anyways, here's some photos of a few of the items we presented 😍
