✨ Vendor Highlight: Lilly Bird Occasions ✨

One of my favorite details from our wedding day was this absolutely stunning charcuterie display by Lilly Bird Occasions . 🧀🍓

Not only was it beautifully styled, but it was also a huge hit during cocktail hour. Guests were able to snack, mingle, and enjoy an incredible variety of fresh cheeses, meats, fruits, vegetables, crackers, and sweet treats while we were off taking photos.

As both a bride and a wedding coordinator, I know how much the little details elevate the guest experience—and this was definitely one of them. If you're looking for a catering option that's both delicious and visually impressive, I highly recommend checking them out!

One of the biggest mistakes couples make is assuming everyone knows where they're supposed to be on the wedding day.

Your photographer is looking for the bridal party, your DJ is waiting for the cue to announce your entrance, your caterer is ready to serve dinner... and suddenly everyone is asking you questions.

That's exactly why having someone coordinate the day's timeline can make such a difference. A day-of coordinator keeps everyone on the same page so you can stay focused on celebrating with your family and friends—not managing logistics.

✨ Vendor Spotlight: Butterscotch Pastry Shop ✨

I have to give the sweetest shoutout to Butterscotch pastry shop — they created all of the desserts for my wedding, including our cake, and everything was absolutely incredible 🤍

Nui, the owner, is truly such a wonderful human being. She’s kind, easy to work with, and really takes the time to understand your vision. One of my favorite parts was how she worked with my color palette to make everything feel cohesive and beautiful — not just delicious, but styled perfectly too.

And the taste? 🤌 Every single dessert was a hit. Our guests are still talking about it!

If you’re looking for a baker who combines creativity, attention to detail, and amazing flavors, I cannot recommend them enough.

💫 A little tip: Don’t overlook your dessert display — it’s such a statement piece and Butterscotch absolutely nailed it for us!
