We plan on organize a ton of Welcome parties and I think it's important for people to know that you don't have to have one. Yep, I said it.

Alot of people host them when they have a lot of out of town guests traveling and then they feel pressure to invite everybody else... but then now you're paying for essentially your whole guest list to eat and drink two days in a row and I can get really costly.

So, if you hear anything from this post it is that unless you have a ton of traveling guests the welcome party isn't really a thing you must have.

Yeah sure people have a rehearsal dinner *sometimes* with their wedding party the night before, but even then it's not 100% of all clients, so the message here is don't feel pressured by what you "think" everyone is doing, just do you.

Social media can play a huge role in influencing how you think things should look or be, and I want you to know that a welcome party doesn't need to be at 50-$60k ++ event it can be non-hosted cocktails and just a place to gather and hang out before the big day, too.

Thos is one of those events that I just wish that you could see it in person the view in the distance looked like we painted murals in between every tent pole! It was absolutely breathtaking... I will never get over how cool this event looked in person. Yes the images are absolutely stunning but it's like scratch and sniff it's just not the same until you smell it😄

I do, with a view 🏔️👀 When I was posting live from this event, I got a few texts asking me if I was in Sun Valley, ID -and I was not, I was in WA State at 🥰 ..the view's pretty sick, huh?! Just a stunning backdrop for a venue and it's just 40min from Seattle.
