Between long rainy winters and warm, unpredictable summers, the PNW doesn’t always make it easy to plan an outdoor wedding. But if you’re aiming for that perfect blend of comfort, light, and reliability, July through early October are your best bets.

My personal favorite? September. It still has that summer energy without the brutal heat, and the earlier sunset gives your outdoor dance floor just the right amount of evening ambiance. Here are some breathtaking moments from one of my September clients! 💜

From the dinner overlooking the sunny Columbia Gorge to the timed chapel doors opening during the bride's processional, and the old-money aesthetic, the details of Kathleen & Micah’s wedding reflect the intention I know they poured into their day.
On top of that, they were truly one of the sweetest couples I’ve had the pleasure of working with!
