The shoes for the ceremony vs the ones for the dance floor 😉✨

No matter how comfy your heels are, standing for photos, the ceremony, and cocktail hour is a lot. Chances are, you’re gonna be ready to change by 8pm. I always recommend bringing an extra pair of shoes so you can live it up on the dance floor - blister free! 💃🏼

Is it worth it to have assigned tables for your wedding guests?

From the perspective of a coordinator, yes! Assigned tables help dinner run smoothly and ensures that your guests sit with people they’re comfortable with. ✨

On the other hand, you know your guests best!! If they’re an outgoing bunch, then having open seating can be a fun way for guests to connect. It’s another one of those things that is totally up to you and your preferences. ☺️

One of the things couples have to decide when making their seating plan is whether to sit at the head table with the wedding party or at a sweetheart table with their partner. I see value in both options, and it really comes down to personal preference! 💛
