Hi, I’m Heather, the creator of Pop of Joy!

What started as a love for celebrating family, friends, and life’s special moments has grown into a business I’m passionate about. At Pop of Joy, I create custom balloon arches and event décor that help turn ordinary gatherings into unforgettable celebrations.

The best memories are made when people come together. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, welcoming a new baby, honoring a graduate, or hosting a special event, I’d love to help add a Pop of Joy to your day.

Creating beautiful celebrations, lasting memories, and a little extra joy one balloon at a time. 💛
