Hello Fresh has been recalled due to listeria in their spinach and turkey. Maybe this is a sign to go the route of a private chef instead for prepared meals🤷‍♀️

Had a busy couple of weeks of service for repeat clients and some new ones!
First dish was silky snapper (or more commonly known as yellow eye snapper) seared skin-on with lemon caper butter sauce, wild rice and turmeric roasted carrots.
Second dish was wahoo with mango salsa, white rice and broccolini.
Third dish was pan seared skin-on chicken breast with wild rice, roasted vegetables and mushroom cream sauce.

(I make other side dishes for the record, it just happened that each client wanted rice lol)

Surf & Turf, filet mignon and lobster tail with asparagus and baked potato. Always a classic.
