Do you find that as a Mom, no matter what you’re doing, you’re thinking of your children? As I am finishing these arrangements for the ACM Award’s Red Carpet I had to stop to video to show the kids. I am proud of what I do, but truth is, my children being proud of me is my biggest reward! 🌹

Grateful for another wonderful year designing florals for the 54th ACM Awards and Events. For security reasons I’m limited in what I’m able to show, but here are a few from the Red Carpet Party since most of these were already shared by others over social media.

I love that this beautiful bride’s brother was the one that contacted me to do his sister’s wedding flowers!!! David lives in Arizona but he found time to sit down with me in WA. to plan a surprise she will never forget. I had a packed schedule, and only a few weeks notice, but was determined to make this happen. What a sweet and loving gesture from a loving brother.
This was perfect for me because of my mission that was inspired from my own wedding thirty years ago. By the time we got married, I had already been involved in several weddings for the rich and famous and knew I would never be able to afford that type of wedding. The most important thing to me was to marry the love of my life, surrounded by our closest friends and family, and before we had to leave for Chicago for Naval school. With the help of friends/fellow designers, loving family and a rental dress, we were able to create a warm and intimate wedding that many said they will never forget.
When we moved to our little town, I realized many couples were in our same spot so I made sure I had arrangements that can be altered and rented out to create a spectacular look on a tight budget! Thank you to all the brides and families I’ve been touched with for trusting me to help come up with ways to make it all come true! I’m also grateful to the families who’ve shared items from their wedding so that I am able to help others. These are loving gifts perpetually giving it forward. You’ve made it all worthwhile❣️
