Little update: One of my loyal customers vacuum sealed and froze some guac to see how it would come out a few weeks later... I will soon be ordering a vacuum sealer and I will have Gulf Coast Guac available ANYTIME and you can keep it frozen until you want to use it!!! Ill let you know when i make this next step. Get your preorders in for Tuesdays batch!
