We are hosting our first ever hiring event. No need to call and schedule an interview, just show up, ready to have fun and prove you have what it takes!

Monday August 10th at 6p at Erickson Playfield. Things to consider:
🕕 Be on time! Late entries will be denied.
⛳️ There will not be a direct 1:1 interview, this will be a station rotating interview.⚠️ This position in temporary, only for the Clallam County Fair, BUT we still hold to our standards and values, so we expect the best.
Rotations will be judged on the following:
🚫Safety- Can you ensure the safety of guests and staff?
♻️Trash- Do you have an eye for detail?
🧝‍♀️ Energy- Can your energy and social skills make a parent/child's core memory?

📢 Now Hiring: Temporary Attraction Attendants for the Clallam County Fair! 🎡
We're looking for a few extra hands to help make this year's Clallam County Fair a fun and memorable experience!
Attraction Attendant @ CCF 2026
✨ Ages 14+
✨ Help create a clean, safe, and high-energy environment
✨ Take initiative to keep attractions running smoothly
✨ Operate a variety of attractions, including:
• Foam Parties
• Inflatables
• Nerf Battle Arena
• Mini Golf
• Escape Room
• Cashier/Lead
• And more!
⏰ Shifts available in 2, 4, 6, or 8-hour blocks. (limited short shifts available)
🎟️ Every shift includes FREE admission to the fair for the rest of the day!
Group interviews will be held the first week of August. More details coming soon.

Sometimes the best opportunities come with almost no notice.

Last night I got a call from Whaling Days after their booked attractions didn't show. We've worked together before, and they knew I'd do everything I could to make it happen.
Less than 24 hours later, we're set up with 9 holes of mini golf for Christmas in July. ☀️🎄

73°, a little wind, plenty of sunshine, and lots of fun. That's what it's all about.

Sometimes you just need to slow things down. 🌫️🌫️

A foam party only lasts an hour, but in slow motion you get to see all of the little details that normally fly right by. It's a good reminder that not everything has to happen at full speed.

Remember this as we watch our kids grow older, our schedules get busier, and time starts to slip away.

Sometimes you get to be the cool mom for just a second! this is Emma, my go to girl for working the register at events.

These photos were taken at the Franklin 6th grade graduation party. It was a just a blast, watching this group of kids be totally in the moment laughing, singing, and dancing (like no one was watching) when California Girls hit the air!

So proud of this group of kids for overcoming so many obstacles during the years.

A little-known fact: Franklin 6th grade classes usually get a preparatory schedule for middle school by introducing kids to multiple teachers and classroom transitions. This also lets the group of students to be assigned into 2 classrooms, allowing for the best fit assignments to teachers and peers. (you know to the things balanced for both teachers and students) This particular group has been oddly small, and over the years, they have missed out on that opportunity due to their particular size, for a few years now.

Guess what Franklin Staff- we all survived and we are grateful for all of your support over the years.
