Been a little quiet over here lately 🌿

Truthfully, I’ve been in the “building behind the scenes” phase of business ownership lately. Planning, learning, investing, and trying to make this dream feel real.

Today these arrived and it honestly gave me a little moment 🥹

the sunshine mimosa felt like the perfect symbol for Polk County Social — soft, wild, welcoming, and deeply rooted in florida.

with so much of old florida disappearing, we wanted to honor a native flower that’s been here all along by making it part of our brand identity and logo.

it’s a small reminder to slow down, notice the beauty around us, and bloom where we’re planted 🌼
