🍔 Taco 39 Update + We’re Still Catering! 🍔

We’re thankful for the continued love and support from our amazing community. We wanted to share a quick update that our event space has recently been leased to a local restaurant owner for the next 10 months, so we won’t be hosting private events at the venue during this time.

But good news — we’re still catering! 🎉
We now focused on our Smashburger & Fries Catering, perfect for birthdays, private parties, community events, and celebrations.

✔ Fresh, made-to-order smashburgers with optional toppings
✔ Crowd-favorite seasoned bacon & cheese fries
✔ On-site cooking & fun event vibe
✔ Minimum 50 guests

If you’re planning an event and want something delicious and memorable, message us for details and availability. We’d love to serve you! 💛 For taste testing, we will be bringing our truck to Fish Hawk Ranch market every first Sunday of the month - see you all there !

Hey friends! 👋

Taco 39 is switching things up for the season — we’re **no longer open every day or on a fixed schedule.**
We’ll now be open **only on special event dates**, so keep an eye on our page to see when the truck fires up again! 🔥

It’s the **holiday season**, and our space is open for all kinds of celebrations:
🎉 Holiday parties & family gatherings
🚗 Car shows & car meets
🛍️ Vendor markets
🎁 Non-profit fundraisers (toy drives, community events, and more)

You can host your event your way:
✅ **Venue Only** – rent our outdoor event space for your private event
✅ **Venue + Food Package** – includes your choice of a **Taco Bar** 🌮 or **Smashburger Menu** 🍔 served hot and fresh from the Taco 39 food truck

💙 **For Nonprofits:** We offer our space **FREE of charge** for events with **a minimum of 100 guests** — perfect for toy drives or community fundraisers!

🚚 **Need Catering at Another Location?**
Our **Taco 39 food truck** can come to you for **weddings, birthdays, quinceañeras, and company events.**

🥳 **Need Catering for Pickup?**
We also offer **party-size pickup orders for groups of 50+ people** — perfect for office lunches, backyard parties, or holiday gatherings.

👉 Because we’re an outdoor dining spot! Nobody enjoys tacos in pouring rain 🌧️ or when it’s 95° ☀️. We pick the best days for the best experience. We will increase our opening hours when the nice weather is back 😘

❓ Did ICE enforcement cause staff shortages?
👉 Nope. Our crew is bilingual, 100% legit, and proud to serve you every weekend 💪🌮. We focus on flavor, not rumors.

❓ Why are your veggies cold?
👉 Because fresh matters 🥗✨. Food safety rules say veggies must be kept at 41°F or lower—that’s how they stay crisp, clean, and full of flavor. We go by the book because we’re that fresh.
