on our team and enjoyed time with friends, it’s also a great reminder of how important community support really is. Providing respite care isn’t just a service it’s a lifeline. It gives caregivers the support they need while ensuring individuals with special needs continue receiving compassionate, quality care.

it’s a lifeline. It gives caregivers a moment to rest, recharge, and take care of themselves, while ensuring their loved ones are safe, supported, and valued. Everyone deserves that balance.
I have so much compassion for families navigating this journey every single day. The strength, patience, and love it takes does not go unnoticed. Being able to step in and provide even a small amount of relief is something I truly cherish.
If you’re a caregiver, please know: it’s okay to need a break. You’re doing an incredible job, and you don’t have to do it alone. 💫
Let’s continue to support one another, uplift our community, and make sure every individual feels seen, respected, and cared for.

We spent the day at Nickelrama showing off our gaming and competitive skills!! From friendly competition to lots of laughs, it was all about socializing, making new friends, and creating unforgettable memories 💙
And best of all—being able to give our amazing caregivers a well-deserved break 🙌

So respite shift came with a very enthusiastic assistant… my youngest 😂
He heard “we’re hanging out with Chase tonight” and immediately clocked in like,
“Don’t worry mom, I got this”.

Parents , you already know sometimes we just a few hours to breathe, run errands, or sit in silence (with snacks you don’t have to share 👀) is EVERYTHING.

That’s where I come in.
Respite isn’t just a break… it’s survival, sanity, and a chance to reset so you can keep being the amazing parent you already are.
Meanwhile, I’ve got Chase and my tiny assistant running quality control … which mostly means extra giggles, snack negotiations, and someone reminding me I’m doing this whole thing right ❤️

What a weekend!!! ☀️💛
Filled with sunshine and smiles at SLAAY!! From overnight respite to a picnic by the pool, soaking up the sun at the park, outdoor shopping adventures, horseback therapy, and even a basketball game — we did it ALL!! 🏀🐴🌳
My heart is so full. Thank you so much to all the amazing families and caregivers for trusting me with your loved ones and for keeping me young lol!! Your support means everything! 💕

Feeling incredibly grateful today. Receiving a message from a caregiver of a son with special needs, thanking me for providing her with much-needed respite, truly touched my heart. Knowing that even a small part of what I do can bring relief, support, and a moment to breathe makes it all worthwhile. This is exactly why I do what I do.
