Come to my "Bulb Bar". I'm popping up at the Plainfield Community Coffee House, Saturday October 17, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 356 West Main St at the Plainfield Congregational Church. Excellent quality curated selections of crocus (2 types) , tulip (16 types) and daffodil (10 types) bulbs. Prices range from 10 bulbs for $15 to 100 bulbs for $100. Mix and max varieties and colors and each purchase includes a planting guide. Mid October to end of November are perfect for planting bulbs for blooms next spring.

Local folks: I'm popping up at the Plainfield Community Coffee House, Saturday October 17, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 356 West Main St at the Plainfield Congregational Church. Day nine of recovering from total knee replacement. I created ALL of these arrangements today and rode along to the delivery to their locations. 8 hours of standing, bending, getting up and down off of a high work stool and walking to and from. I know I will sleep well tonight! Sending appreciations to friends and family who helped gather, harvest, and deliver these beauties.

My grandmother Shirley's favorite summer flower was gladiolus. I love them, too. I featured these locally grown beauties at the third Concerts at 7 performance on Monday August 24. Thanks to Berkshire Stone Builders for growing the blooms, my husband Peter who delivered them to me so I could arrange (4 days post knee replacement) and then placed them in the Plainfield Church sanctuary space.
