A Matter of Taste Catering and Event Planning is looking for a Sales & Closing Representative to join our dynamic team. You'll be the voice behind our first impression—guiding prospects from interest to “yes” with charm, professionalism, and a proven script.

🎯 What You’ll Do:
Call and follow up with warm and cold leads (no random cold calling lists)
Learn client needs and pitch tailored catering/event packages
Confidently handle objections and close deals on the spot or over time
Maintain a strong pipeline using our CRM tools
Collaborate with the planning team to ensure smooth post-sale transitions

💸 Compensation:
Commission-Based Pay: Earn a percentage of every closed event
Bonus Structure: Hit monthly booking goals and earn tiered bonuses
No Cap: The more you close, the more you make
Incentives: Contest-based rewards, gift cards, and performance perks

💼 You’re a Fit If You:
Are self-motivated and results-driven
Have experience in outbound calling, hospitality, or sales (or all three!)
